We are proud to be a family run academy with family values. we are also the fastest-growing academy in dubai. We pride ourselves on creating brighter futures for young players through the power of football. in the 22/23 season alone, we have 50 players on our scholarship programme who will be going to university in usa or canada.
we strive for consistent improvement on the pitch. this doesn’t just mean footballing skill but also improving confidence, teamwork and learning how to handle victory and defeat.
our coaches are selected first and foremost as role models for young players. their passion for football is infectious and we want to share it! we create an atmosphere where players can feel comfortable to make mistakes and be fearless both on and off the ball.

our location
we are PROUD TO BE PARTERNED WITH KINGS SCHOOLS. OUR ACADEMY LOCATION IS KINGS SCHOOL AL BARSHA. IT BOASTS A PARENT'S CAFE, 3 FULL-SIZED PITCHES (2 GRASS, 1 ASTROTURF) AND A 7-A-SIDE ASTROTURF PITCH
foundation phase (ages 4-10)
at this age group, the main focus for our coaches is to instill a burning passion within the players. the schedules are flexible for parents, players and families as they can choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week.
Our Uefa-qualified coaches focus on fun alongside development. we want the players to be excited to come to every training session and every match and develop a love for the game. The physical and social side of development is focused on in this age group. As the players progress the technical elements are slowly introduced as well as some tactical elements as the players start to compete in competitive fixtures
youth development phase (ages 11-15)
as players enter our elite academy teams the commitment levels increase. our players from u13 upwards train 3 times per week and have 1 match each week. the foundations will be built from a physical, social and technical level. our coaches start to introudce more and more tactical information as players go from 7 a side to 9 a side to 11 a side.
all players will be pushed and challenged on an individual basis to help maximise their potential. throughout these teenage years it is so important for us to develop the human alongside the football player to make them a well rounded individual ready for the world. Even as the seriousness is increased, the fun side of football is not forgotten. we want our players to love football for all of their lives.
professional development phase (ages 16-23)
at this stage in our players development, a pathway will have been decided between our team and the player and their family. most players number 1 goal is to become a professional footballer and give these opportunities to those who deserve it. their first step into professional football is through our b team or our first team. once they have broken into either of these teams then we look to move them abroad.
professional football isn't a realistic pathway for the majority of football players all over the world. our most popular pathway is our university scholarships to usa and canada. this gives players a chance to study for a world class degree alongside the lifestyle of a professional footballer.
for some of our players, they look to move away from playing and start a career in the world of football. we support these players to pursue their passion in coaching, physiotheraphy, analysis, marketing etc.
holiday camps (ages 4-14)
holiday camps are an amazing way to develop a love for the game without committing to a full season or term. our camps are fun for players and coaches alike.
